How Long the Campaign Is – Titanfall 2

Recommended Videos

Titanfall 2 is due to release later this week and sees players jumping into the giant mechs once more to bring the pain to anything that stands in their way. While its predecessor had a campaign of sorts integrated into the multiplayer experience, Titanfall 2 has a standalone single-player campaign for you to make your way through.

The single-player campaign puts you in the shoes of Jack Cooper, a basic foot soldier who’s dream is to become a pilot. Pilots are seen as these elite soldiers with more gadgets and weapons at their disposal than any other unit in the force. Luckily for Jack, he becomes the pilot of Titan BT-7274 after its previous owner was killed. You’ll use your newly acquired titan to fight against the IMC who want to take over all of the colonies and control their resources all in the name of money.

Titanfall 2’s single-player experience clocks in at around five to seven hours, depending on your skill level and whether or not you opt to seek out the collectibles dotted around each level. Surprisingly, Titanfall 2’s campaign isn’t just about shooting everything in your path either. You’ll need to use your pilot abilities in platforming stages, so depending on how good you are with these may affect your total play time. All in all, however, you shouldn’t be expecting much more than eight hours at the very most.
