Is South Park: The Fractured But Whole Coming to the Nintendo Switch?

Recommended Videos

If you’re all about fart jokes, hanging out with the kids of South Park, and superheroes, then The Fractured But Whole has got your name written all over it. In a desperate attempt to kickstart their very own superhero cinematic universes, the kids seek to tackle the seedy underworld of the town, using the power of crafting (and farts) to come out on top. While South Park: The Fractured But Whole will release on Xbox One, PS4, and PC this week, some fans are wondering if the turn-based RPG will also be hitting the Nintendo Switch.

This time around, it looks like it’s bad news for fans of Nintendo’s hybrid system. Speaking with IGN, a representative from South Park studios cleared up confusion regarding a tweet from the official South Park Twitter account earlier this year. The tweet, included below, had fans thinking it was hinting at an upcoming Switch version announcement for The Fractured But Whole. However, the representative clearly stated that this was not the case. “South Park: The Fractured But Whole won’t be coming to [the Nintendo] Switch.”

As such, if you’re wanting to enjoy some South Park tomfoolery, you’ll have to pick it up on another platform. If, however, things change, we’ll update this post and let you know.
