The Sims 4: Parenthood is out and it tasks players with a whole new mission; to shape your sim child’s life even more. Five character values are now available and they can be ranked up by performing different tasks on the daily. Responsibility is one such trait, and maxing it out positively will lead to the Responsible trait.
Raising Responsibility
Responsibility is pretty easy to raise up. Here are different ways to do it:
- Doing homework
- Doing school projects
- Getting good grades
- Taking out the trash
- Brushing your teeth
- Cleaning up toys
- Selecting certain Teachable Moments options
- Selecting certain options during Volunteering or School opportunities
Just do your homework constantly, and make sure your sim child is the one that cleans up the house. Also, brush their teeth as much as possible.
Lowering Responsibility
Here’s how you can, alternatively, lower your sim child’s responsibility:
- Get bad grades
- Break curfew
- Disobey being grounded
- Toddlers and Children can make a mess
- Teens can quit their job
The easiest way is to break curfew, as you can literally just stand outside your house after curfew and every few minutes get negative responsibility.
