How to Evolve Vulpix in Pokemon Quest

Recommended Videos

Vulpix is a super cute Pokemon. Brock had one in the anime; it was basically his Pikachu when you considered how close they were, and he was mainly a rock type trainer! That’s how much of an impact this fire fox Pokemon has on trainers. Unfortunately, there comes a day when we have to admit that Vulpix just isn’t that useful in battle, and must be replaced with something better. That replacement comes in the form of Vulpix’s evolution Ninetails. Ninetails trades Vulpix’s cuteness for grace, but more importantly, strength. In Pokemon Quest, in order to get yourself a Ninetails, you’re going to have to evolve that Vulpix.

People who are familiar with the mainline games may have been confused as to how to evolve Vulpix in this game. In those games, Vulpix evolves into Ninetails when you give it a fire stone, or an ice stone, in the case of Sun and Moon. However, this isn’t how it works in this game; Vulpix evolves into Ninetails through the simple process of leveling. Just like many other Pokemon, you’ll only have to raise Vulpix to a certain level in order to get your Ninetails. That level is 36.

That’s all you need to know about how to evolve Vulpix in Pokemon Quest. For more on the game, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
