Passive Skills have made a return in Pokemon Masters. If you’ve played Pokemon before, you know what these are. If you haven’t, don’t worry because we’ve got you covered. Here’s how to learn passive skills in Pokemon Masters.

Here’s How to Learn Passive Skills in Pokemon Masters

As you play through the game, you’ll notice that your Pokemon’s stats will gradually grow as will their level. They’ll also learn new things such as new moves and new passive skills.

To learn these, you simply need to play the game. As you continue through the game, your Pokemon will level up and learn new things.

If you’re not familiar with what these are, they’re skills that your Pokemon learn that will work in the background of battles. For example, the passive skill Endurance is a skill that will allow your Pokemon to stay at 1 HP when hit with a move that would normally kill them.

Other ones include Acuity, which prevents your accuracy from being lowered, Antifreeze, which prevents your Pokemon from becoming frozen and Clearheaded, which prevents your Pokemon from becoming confused.

There are dozens of others in the game as well and each one work like the ones above — passive, as you’d expect, and in the background of battles.

It’s easy to forget about these but when your Pokemon toughs it out through a move with 1 HP left, you’ll be reminded of just how important passive skills can be.

It’s important to note that there isn’t a way to force a passive skill onto a Pokemon. They’ll simply learn them as you progress thought the game.

  1. To learn these, simply play the game.

    As your Pokemon level up, their stats will increase as will their levels. As their levels increase, they’ll occasionally learn a passive skill.
