Arceus? Is that you?
This article is over 8 years old and may contain outdated information

Arceus is a fan favorite in the Pokemon universe and with the hit game Pokemon GO, you might be wondering where you can find this rare Pokemon.

Unfortunately, at the moment Arceus is not available in the game. It will eventually make its way to the app when more generations are added, but as of now, there are no sightings of Arceus. There is no official word on when Niantic Labs plans on updating its roster, so all we can do is sit tight for now.

Arceus is a Normal type mythical Pokemon that will be very exciting to capture once added to the game. Its body color is white with a gray, vertically-striated underside, the pattern of which has similar recurrences on the underside of Arceus’s mane, tail, and face, and Arceus’s pointed feet are tipped with gold hooves.

There have been loads of different Pokemon spread out across different regions and locations. To get an idea of how your stack compares in each type, check out this full list of the best Pokemon of each type.
