BEST LATIAS COUNTERS IN POKEMON GO

Latias is now available to fight in raid battles across the world, but like its counterpart, Latios, the duo is not easy to defeat. The dragon/psychic type legendary may have several weaknesses, but don’t let that make you think that this will be an easy raid fight. The Pokemon packs quite a punch, with a variety of moves that will demolish your team if you don’t have the proper counters.

Latias can be dealt with in a similar fashion to Latios, since they are both the same type of Pokemon. The big difference here is that Latias does not have the grass-type move, Solar Beam, in its arsenal, which means that you can have a ground type in your team if you need to, a Pokemon like Groudon would be helpful in this situation. But in place of Solar Beam, Latias does have access to Thunder, which is an extremely powerful electric-type move that will literally annihilate any water or flying type. When it comes to choosing a team of counters, here’s who we recommend using: Rayquaza, Latios, Latias, Dragonite, Salamence, Mewtwo, Tyranitar, Gengar, Absol, Gardevoir, Scizor, and Flygon. Having these Pokemon on your team will surely lead to a successful win and capture.
