In New Pokemon Snap, players will explore all the Lental Region has to offer throughout a variety of unique courses that are filled with beloved Pokemon. In order to get to some spots, though, you’ll need to do a little bit of extra work. Here is every you need to know about how to find the Illumina spot for Ruins of Remembrance in New Pokemon Snap.

The first thing you’re going to want to do to unlock this path for the Ruins of Remembrance is to make sure you have the Illumina Orb for this specific course. This is obtained by moving the Golurk blocking a Crystabloom flower towards the end of the course by throwing Fluffruit and Illumina Orbs at.

Once it begins moving, don’t throw anything else, otherwise it’ll get stunned and stop. When it’s out of the way, it’ll reveal a glowing Crystabloom that you can snap a photo of to unlock the Illumina Orb for Ruins of Remembrance.

How to Find Illumina Spot for Ruins of Remembrance in New Pokemon Snap

Once you’ve got your hands on the Illumina Orb for this area, you’ll need to keep you eye out for all of the Crystabloom flowers at the end of the course. In total, there are five of them, each located next to the pillars that make up the last part of the area.

Every Crystabloom you make glow will light up a new part of the pillar. Once all five sections are lit up, throw one final Illumina Orb at the Crystabloom at the end that is surrounded by the other glowing flowers. Instead of the end of the course, a brand new cutscene will trigger, opening up an entirely new area.
