How to Beat Runt in Kingdom Come Deliverance

Kingdom Come Deliverance is an open-world role-playing game developed by Warhorse Studios. Players take up the role of Henry, the son of a blacksmith, who must avenge the death of his parents. The game allows you to go on epic quests and take on different enemies in a vast medieval world that’s faithful to the time’s punishing atmosphere. One particular challenge that lies in wait comes is the battle with Bandit Commander Runt. This fight is extremely tricky, but there is a bit of a trick to beating him if you’re having trouble dueling him with a sword.

You’ll notice that although Runt is fairly heavily armored, he neglected to bring along his helmet. Time to expose that weakness. Once he engages you in battle, immediately pull out your bow and load up a shot as quickly as you can. Runt will delay his charge for a couple of seconds which should give you just enough time to get away a decent powered shot. The idea is to put a single arrow right between his eyes and end the battle instantly. This might take you a few tries but what you’ll find is that just as he gets within a foot or so of you and is about to strike, you’ll have charged your shot almost to max. Let one rip and try to catch him in the face. If you make the shot it’s goodnight for Runt.
