How to Get John Stewart in Injustice 2
There have been a few individuals to take up the Green Lantern mantle, but not many are as loved as John Stewart, the ex-US Marine (who was an architect in previous comics) who was chosen as a replacement for Hal Jordan in case something was to happen to him. While being considered unworthy by Hal at first, he soon proves himself and becomes one of the most respected members of the Green Lanterns. It’s a good thing that NetherRealm studios decided to make this iteration of the hero playable in Injustice 2, you just have to unlock him first.
John Stewart is actually an alternate, premium skin in Injustice 2. Equipping it changes the outward appearance of the character, changes the voice, and even unlocks new dialogue. If you happened to have purchased the Injustice 2 Ultimate Edition ($100) then you can equip this skin right from the start. Just go into customize characters, scroll down to Green Lantern and edit his shaders to select this skin.
If you didn’t order the pricier version of the game, you can still unlock John Stewart in Injustice 2. You can pay 6,000 source crystals, or you can hope to earn it as a reward from activities such as Multiverse events.
This version of Green Lantern has all the same abilities and moves, so there’s no difference when it comes to playing him. You just get to use the version you most want.
