How to Get Red Dye in Genshin Impact
Red Dye is crafted from resources such as Sunsettias, Carrots, or Valberries. You will require one of these per unit of dye, and the process is instant. These plants can be found more or less in abundance across Mondstadt. Above you can see the Stormbearer Mountains, which is where plenty of Valberries can be found. It should be noted, though, that before you can actually craft Red Dye (and before the game even requires it of you), you will need to unlock the Serenitea Pot. This will occur once you reach adventure rank 28 and complete the Liyue Archon quest, which will lead you to a quest called “A Teapot to Call Home.” Check your Events menu for more information on this quest if you haven’t already.
