How to Check the Leaderboard in Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery

Recommended Videos

Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery is a free-to-play mobile game that has players collecting house points, attending classes, learning new spells, and all sorts of other wizard-related activities. Of course, it’s partly your goal to become the best student not only in your year but in the whole school. Luckily, the game does have a leaderboard that you can use to check your standings.

To access it, you’ll have to go through a few menus. Firstly, click your character’s portrait in the upper left corner of the screen. Once you’re in your character’s screen, select Rank. From there, select Leaderboard to pull up the full list.

Interestingly enough, this isn’t an online leaderboard. All of the 250-something students you’re competing with are from the game. You’re basically competing with AI instead of actual players, which is a bit ironic considering that the game requires online connectivity at all times. Still, it’s up to you to rise through the ranks and prove your worth in the School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. If you’re looking to raise your rank in the leaderboard, you’ll have to start by collecting house points for your house.
