Fortnite Shanty Town & Orchard Locations: Where to Apply Shields & Healing (Location Domination Challenge)

Fortnite’s Location Domination Part 2 challenges are released today, giving players even more content to grind through while they await the arrival of Fortnite Season 3. Basically Overtime challenges, these are a great way to help you grind out the final few tiers on your Battle Pass. Here’s where to apply shields and healing at Shanty Town and the Orchard in Fortnite.

You’ll need to apply the following amounts of health or shield in the Orchard or Shanty Town to complete the following stages of this Location Domination challenge.

• Stage 1: 100
• Stage 2: 250
• Stage 3: 500

Shanty Town & Orchard Locations in Fortnite

The Shanty Town and the Orchard are on opposite sides of Fortnite’s map. While the Shanty Town can be found in grid reference B6, the Orchard is up in grid references F2 and F3, just north of Frenzy Farm itself.

From what we can gather, you don’t have to pick up healing or shield consumables in either of these named locations to make progress towards the challenge. Instead, as long as you simply use bandages, a Med Kit, consume fish or shields to give yourself health or shield while you’re within the perimeter of these landmarks, you’ll complete the challenge.

That being said, if you make your way into the very center of the Shanty Town, you’ll find a weird pipe statue. If you look around the bottom of this within the swamp, you’ll find Slurp barrels.

Break these to gain 10 health or shield for each one as long as you’re standing next to it. Simply rinse and repeat this process in multiple games and you’ll have the challenge done in no time.
