How to Sprint & Run Faster in Fortnite Mobile

Recommended Videos

With Fortnite Battle Royale being the worldwide hit that it now is, players are beginning to get very good at moving quickly, taking you out before you can even react. With the game now on mobile devices, you’re going to need to re-learn all the controls for the game, since you’ll be using a small touch screen. So here’s everything you need to know about how to run faster and sprint.

Movement in Fortnite mobile is done using an on-screen thumbstick. On the left hand side of the screen you’ll see an icon that will look familiar to you if you’ve used a controller before. By dragging that in any direction, you’ll move in that same direction. To sprint, you need to double press the centre of it, doing so again to go back to a normal speed of movement. Once you have begun to sprint, you will be able to move normally, dragging the icon in the direction you want to go. It does make changing speeds a little cumbersome, but you get used to it quite quickly.

That is all you need to know about sprinting in Fortnite mobile. For more on the game, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
