To get Fortbyte 48, you’re going to have to head to the snowy biome. In particular, you want to head to the mountain just northeast of Happy Hamlet. It’s also directly west of Fatal Fields if you need another named location to pin down this location.

The thing is, you’re not actually looking for a grand ‘throne’ in the typical sense. Instead, keep an eye out for a toilet by a large rock and a post with a lantern on it. Here, you’ll find a tiny gnome sat next to the makeshift ‘throne.’ Use the Vox pickaxe, which is unlocked at Tier 55 on the Season 9 Battler Pass and you’ll smash the gnome.

Fortbyte 48 will then go solid, allowing you to go ahead and interact with it. Doing so will add it to your collection of these computer chip collectibles in Season 9, and take you one step closer to unlocking the Utopia skin.
