Is There a Difficulty Trophy in Final Fantasy 7 Remake?

While we say that knowing the trophies in advance might save you time, that may not actually be the case when it comes to Final Fantasy 7 Remake.

That’s because the answer is yes, the game does have a difficulty trophy. There is one that’s awarded once you’ve completed the game on hard difficulty. You’ll need to do that and see the trophy pop for you to get the sought-after platinum.

However, as far as we can tell, the hard difficulty is not available when you first start the game. Our best guess is that it will unlock once the game has been beaten once, but we’ll update you on that are soon as we’re able to confirm.

If that is the case, that means you’re going to have to complete Final Fantasy 7 Remake at least twice to get all of the game’s trophies.
