Attributes – Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2
Attributes serve as your stats in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. They gauge how much damage you can take, how much you can dish out, and what your energy reserves look like in battle. If you’re using a created character, it’s possible to increase these attributes so that you can stand toe-to-toe with the universe’s toughest combatants.
Before you go changing stats, you’ll need to earn Attribute Points first. These are basically experience points that can be exchanged for more power. You earn these by playing the game and leveling up. There are even some items that grant a bit of experience to bring you closer to your next handful of points. We suggest running Time Patrols that have good exp. rewards to get this done quickly if you find yourself in a bind.
Once you have some points, pull up the pause menu when you’re in one of the hub worlds such as Conton City, then scroll down to the Boost Attributes option. Here you’ll have the option of raising certain stats with your points:
- Max Health – You can start developing more health bars.
- Max Ki – The orange bar under your health bar. Used for Super and Ultimate Attacks.
- Max Stamina – The blue bar under your Ki bar. Used for boosting, dashing, and Z-vanish.
- Basic Attacks – Increases the power of your punches, kicks, and normal Ki blasts.
- Strike Supers – Increases the power of evasion and melee super abilities and ultimate attacks.
- Ki Blast Supers –Â Increases the power of evasion and Ki blast super abilities and ultimate attacks.
Keep in mind that once you confirm your point usage, you can’t just take the points back. Pay attention to what you’re choosing, and make sure you focus on building the fighter that’s best for you. Also keep your particular race’s perks in mind. For instance, if using a Majin (which are low on stamina and stamina charging), focus on building the Stamina Attribute rather than health since they naturally take less damage.
