How to Use the Forge in Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris DLC

The first expansion for Destiny 2, Curse of Osiris, has finally dropped for all platforms a few months after launch and brings new content to shoot and loot your way through. One of the newest additions with the DLC is the Forge, which allows players to “craft” new weapons.

The Forge is located in the new Lighthouse social space on Mercury. Unfortunately, it is not available to use until you complete the Curse of Osiris’ main questline. Considering the new story is much shorter than the main game’s base campaign, it will not take much time before you can use it.

Return to the Lighthouse once you have accepted a Lost Prophecy from Brother Vance and collected all the materials required to complete it. Return to Vance and he’ll give you a Prophecy Tablet that can be used to craft a specific weapon in the machine.

Simply walk up to the computer display on the Forge and hold the X button (Xbox One), Square button (PlayStation 4), or the E key (PC) to forge your new weapon. It will immediately appear in your inventory if there is room. One of the eleven nodes on the wall nearby will light up once a weapon is crafted, letting you know how many more Lost Prophecies can be done.

That is how to use the Forge in the Curse of Osiris expansion for Destiny 2. Check back with Twinfinite for more coverage and our extensive Destiny 2 wiki.
