HOW TO GET MORE LIVES IN CRASH BANDICOOT N. SANE TRILOGY

Recommended Videos

Lives are gained in a number of ways in Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy and the difficulty of the three games means you are going to need as many as you can get.

You can amass 100 pieces of fruit to get an extra life or you can find extra life character tokens hidden in boxes throughout levels. Extra lives do not respawn if you die, so you’ll have to make the most out of them when you find them. Cheats do not work either in the remake collection so there is no sneaky way of getting unlimited lives. However, there is a way of increasing the number of lives you have by replaying levels.

There are certain levels in the three games that are easier and contain a higher number of extra lives. For example, the first level in Crash 1 contains four extra life tokens and is easier than many of the other levels. To farm the lives, you will need to save and quit each time you finish the level. You need to collect the lives, save your progress, then return to the game to try the level again. If you repeat this, you will have more than enough lives in no time and you’ll find it easier to progress through the latter levels.
