Can You Download Battletoads via Xbox Game Pass? Answered

Yes! For those wanting to experience Battletoads, you won’t have to purchase a standalone version of the game if you own Xbox Game Pass since Microsoft has confirmed the game is available via the subscription service.

Adam Park, head of brand and licensing at Rare over on Newswire, said In a blog post last month:

“Whether this is your first time encountering the warty warriors or you consider yourself a Battletoads veteran, you won’t have long to wait until the trio burst back onto the scene.

We’re announcing today that Battletoads will be available on August 20 for Xbox Game Pass members to download and play on Xbox One and Windows 10, and will also be available to buy on Xbox One, Windows 10 and Steam the same day.”

As for how to download the game via the client, you’ll obviously first need to purchase the service. Once you’ve done that it should be as simple as searching the game from its Aug. 20 release date and popping it on the download.

That does it for whether Battletoads is on Xbox Game Pass. For more useful tips and information on the game, Twinfinite has an extensive guide wiki that should prove useful. There should also be some related content listed below you might be interested in.
