How to Get the Anubis Outfit in Assassin’s Creed Origins

Recommended Videos

The Anubis outfit was one of the more prominent sets Ubisoft showed off in the weeks leading up to the official release of Assassin’s Creed Origins. It’s a full set of armor, complete with weapons to go along with it. It’s also going to be the trickiest outfit to unlock because of all the steps you have to go through in order to get it.

Players will have to unlock pieces of this full set by completing a post-launch event called the Trial of the Gods. This event has players facing off against legendary Egyptian bosses in a series of timed events, and if you succeed, you’ll unlock one part of the Anubis outfit. Trial of the Gods officially went live on Nov. 11, and players were given a week to clear the event and earn a reward.

To get the Anubis outfit, check your map when the event is live to find a new mission marker in the Great Sand Sea region. You’ll find a level 40 quest here that tasks you with fighting Anubis. We recommend stocking up on arrows and trying to hit the level requirement before you attempt this quest.

If you’re able to emerge victorious, you’ll be rewarded with one random piece of armor from the Anubis gear set. You’ll then have to wait for the next time the event goes live before you can attempt the trial again and try to get the rest of the armor.
