Meet the Voice Actors of Fire Emblem: Three Houses’ Voice Cast

The Switch has had a big month in July 2019 with the release of Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 and Fire Emblem Three Heroes. Three Heroes in the new entry in the long running RPG series and is looking great. In case you recognize them and want to know who they are, here’s everything you want to know about who the voice actors of the Fire Emblem Three Houses voice cast are.

There are a lot of people in the cast, from returning characters to some new ones, with many actors playing more than one character. However, you’re likely to know a lot of them.

All the Voice Actors in the Fire Emblem Three Houses Voice Cast

Chris Niosi – Byleth (Male)

Three Houses’ main protagonist Byleth can be heard in two different ways, depending on whether you choose male or female. If you choose the former, Chris Niosi is who you’ll be hearing. Throughout his career, he’s lent his voice to English version of anime like TOME: Terrain of Magical Expertise and Yu-Gi-Oh! The Abridged Series, and he has also played characters in games like Smite (K-9 Anubis/Riftshaker Janus/Captain Quick Mercury) and Friday the 13th.

Jeannine Tirado – Byleth (Female)

The female version of Byleth is played by Jeannine Tirado. She has provided English voices for a load or anime shows, such as Dragon Ball Super, Attack on Titan, and Overlord. You may also recognise her from some video game roles too. She has played Prototype Scylla in Smite and Byleth in previous Fire Emblem games.

Tara Platt – Edelgard/Flame Emperor

Tara Platt, who plays Edelgard/Flame Emperor in Three Houses, has lent her voice to a load of English version of TV shows and anime, but there are certainly games you’ll know her from. Just last year, she played Yuri Watanabe in Spider-Man PS4, and before she has been the voice of Debra Lancaster in Mafia III and Elizabeth in some Persona titles. She has also played Edelgard in previous Fire Emblem releases.

Chris Hackney – Dimitri

Chris Hackney is another member of Fire Emblem: Three Houses’ voice cast who is a go-to name for English version of Japanses games and shows. Over recent years, he has played Athrun Zala in Mobile Suit Gundam Seed, Gohan in Dragon Ball Super, Keith Norman in the Detective Pikachu game, and Ayn Talfryn in Tales of Zestiria. He returns to play Dimitri in the new game.

Joe Zieja – Claude

Joe Zieja career in games, TV, and movies has been pretty varied. While most of his credits come as an actor, having played roles that you might be familiar with like Cesar Pedrone in Just Cause 4 and Toon the Racer / Gnaw Biggie in Rage 2, he is also credited as a writer on Final Fantasy VII: The Web Series and a member of the crew on The Incredibles 2. For Fire Emblem: Three Houses, he returns to play Claude.

Robbie Daymond – Hubert – Fire Emblem Three Houses Voice Cast

Any fan of Japanese games will likely recognise Robbie Daymond’s voice as he’s played characters in many of the biggest releases of recent years. He is the voice of Prompto in Final Fantasy XV, Goro Akechi in Persona 5, and Spider-Man in Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite. He also plays the iconic web slinger in the TV based on him. If you’ve played this month’s other big Switch release, Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3, you may also have heard him as Richard Rider, Nova, and Thane. He plays Hubert in Three Houses.

Billy Kametz – Ferdinand

Most of Billy Kametz’s acting work has come in English version of popular anime, with his playing Shigeru Aoba in the show that’s come into the limelight again recently, Neon Genesis Evangelion. In terms of video game roles, there aren’t many you’re likely to know. He has played Phil Coulson in Marvel Avengers Academy, Naoto Kurogane in BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle, and will play Takuto Maruki in the upcoming Persona 5 Royal.

Chris Patton – Linhardt – Fire Emblem Three Houses Voice Cast

Having played Kliff in Heroes, Chris Patton returns to the Fire Emblem series to play Linhardt in Three Houses. As for what you might recognise his voice from, he has played Greed in Fullmetal Alchemist, Yu Ominae in Spriggan, and Sanpei in the Pokemon anime show. There’s not a lot in terms of video game acting work.

Ben Diskin – Caspar/Lorenz

Ben Diskin has had more of a varied acting career than other members of the Fire Emblem Three Houses voice cast. While he’s still appeared in English version of anime shows, he’s played Young Xehanort in Kingdom Hearts III, Nova in Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite, and Spider-Ham in Spider-Man Unlimited. He’s even played Sylvester in the 1990s movie, Kindergarten Cop, when he around eight years old. He plays Caspa rand Lorenz in Three Houses, having played Matthew, Jakob, and Saizo in Fire Emblem Heroes.

Erica Mendez – Bernadetta

Again, Erica Mendez is a member of the Fire Emblem voice cast who is best know for her work in anime. You may recognise her voice as Kenya Kobayashi in Erased and Haruka Tenoh in the Sailor Moon series. As for her video game work, you might know her as Brownie in Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown, Kai Schulen in Valkryia Chronicles 4, and Deirdre in previous Fire Emblem games.

Allegra Clark – Dorothea/Shamir – Fire Emblem Three Houses Voice Cast

While Allegra Clark has certainly lent her voice to her fair share of anime shows, her video game roles are arguably more well known than many of the other members of the Fire Emblem Three Houses voice cast. Just in recent years, she has played Bloodhound in Apex Legends, Olga Sergeyevna Kalinina in Left Alive, and Nakmor Kesh in Mass Effect: Andromeda. This week, she plays Dorothea and Shamir in Three Houses, and last week she played Gwen Stacey and Spider-Gwen in the Switch other new exclusive, Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3.

Faye Mata – Petra

Faye Mata is another member of the Fire Emblem Three Houses voice cast who returns to the series after playing someone else in a previous game. Here, she plays Petra and she played Lene in Heroes. Elsewhere, she has played Lulu – The Fae Sorceress in League of Legends, NiCO in Dead or Alive 6, and Phym in God Eater 3.

Ben Lepley – Dedue

Aside from some Additional Voices credits in things like Days Gone and Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown, Ben Lepley hasn’t had many video game acting credits. Has has lent his voice to Puyo Puyo Champions (Schezo Wegey) and Extinction (Avil), and he is playing Dedue in Fire Emblem Three Houses.

Lucien Dodge – Felix – Fire Emblem Three Houses Voice Cast

Lucien Dodge, the man with the great name, plays Felix in Fire Emblem Three Houses. He’s another member of the English voice cast who has played a character in Neon Genesis Evangelion, voicing Seele. Elsewhere, you may also recognise his voice as Forseti in Valkyria Chronicles 4, Pip in Paladins, and Buzzard in the Mad Max game.
