Xbox Games with Gold June 2021 Predictions

Yes, yes, we’re very aware that The Elder Scrolls Online is indeed on Xbox Game Pass, but that doesn’t mean it can’t also be one of the Xbox Games with Gold June 2021 free games should Microsoft choose to make it one. And, to be fair, they’d have good reason to, as well.

With the Console Enhanced Edition of Elder Scrolls Online coming to Xbox Series X|S complete with 4K visuals, 60 FPS, improved textures, ambient occlusion, draw distance and all that other good graphical stuff (TM), now seems like the perfect time to give away the base game to bolster the game’s concurrent player numbers.

That’s especially true considering Microsoft now owns Bethesda and the developer of Elder Scrolls Online, Zenimax Online Studios. With plenty more content on the horizon, and a plethora of expansions having already released since the game’s launch in 2014, giving players the base version of the game could convert newcomers to long-term fans and expansion purchasers.
