No Man’s Sky
Easiest Xbox One Achievements of July 2018
When No Man’s Sky released on PS4 and PC back in 2016, it wasn’t in the best state. It lacked many of the features that were promised to be in the final product, its planets were drab and lacked any real variety, and its NPCs were lifeless robots. Alongside the release of No Man’s Sky on the Xbox One this month, the team over at Hello Games released the NEXT update, introducing multiplayer, revised materials and items, processes, and a load more. Essentially, NEXT completely transformed the game into something far more compelling and enjoyable.
What’s more, this compelling space exploration game has a nice and easy list of achievements for you to work your way through. Will it take you a while to unlock all 27 of the achievements and are do they all have horrifically obscure values? Yes. Is it anything that requires an exceptional level of skill and will the pain of obscure values stick haunt you to the grave? No. Just take a look at this handy trophy roadmap to give you an idea of what exactly is required.
Sonic Mania Plus
Easiest Xbox One Achievements of July 2018
Sonic fans finally had something to celebrate last year when a game featuring the blue blur released that didn’t feature horrendous 3D levels, some gimmicky special ability, or something equally heartbreaking. All fans wanted was a 2D blue hedgehog going fast, and that’s finally what Sonic Mania brought back to the table after all these years. Well, turns out that it was just so darn good it deserved a definitive edition so to speak, and that’s why we’ve got Sonic Mania Plus.
Ultimately, Sonic Mania Plus features the exact same list of achievements as the original title, so if you’ve played through the base game already, you know what to expect here. With just 18 achievements, Sonic Mania’s 1000 Gamerscore comes in fairly big chunks and even better, dependent on your skill level, it shouldn’t take you much longer than 15 hours to get the lot. The trickiest achievements you’ll need to worry about in Sonic Mania are those requiring you to collect medallions in Blue Spheres Bonus Stage, but use videos, and you’ll get there eventually.
Adventure Time: Pirates of the Enchiridion
Easiest Xbox One Achievements of July 2018
Adventure Time has never really been about anything other than offering up bizarre narratives and having its band of likable characters embark to save the day, and, surprise surprise, it’s exactly the same again in Pirates of the Enchiridion. You’ll be free to explore the open waters of the flooded Land of Ooo, and will need to utilize the unique abilities of your party if you’re going to succeed in restoring the world back to normal. Is it a great game? Not really, but at least the achievements are easy!
The 36 achievements on offer in Pirates of the Enchiridion are offline, first and foremost, meaning you won’t need to hop into any multiplayer lobbies or anything like that in order to get the full set. Furthermore, difficulty doesn’t affect your ability to get achievements, and the game’s pretty simple anyway, meaning that simply playing through the game and spending some time to mop up any leftover achievements once you’ve seen the credits roll should be enough. And if you’re really struggling, you can always check out this achievement guide here.
