6 Characters That Are Missing From the Team Sonic Racing Roster

Cream the Rabbit

Despite her young age, Cream makes a formidable candidate for the Team Sonic Racing roster because if she has the strength to carry two people a trillion times her size while in Flight formation in Sonic Heroes, then she should be strong enough to carry her team to the finish line in.

She could ask her Chao friend Cheese to summon Wisp attacks against her team’s opponents if she doesn’t have the heart to attack them herself.

Even so, she’s too polite to partake in the crude banter that occurs between racers, especially when most of the racers are her closest and dearest friends.

She’ll most likely be cheering on Sonic and the others to leave Dr. Eggman and his nefarious crew in the dust either on the sidelines or as she’s watching the race on TV at home, sipping her tea with her mom, Vanilla.

Espio the Chameleon

Silent but deadly courtesy of his intense training in the art of ninjutsu, Espio can camouflage himself with his Leaf Swirl technique to attack other racers without being noticed, then reappear once he’s out of their field of vision. He can also gather intelligence about the other teams’ weaknesses and use that information to his advantage.

Sadly, he declined to enter Team Sonic Racing because he wants to sharpen up his ninja skills. Plus, he holds a strong grudge against Eggman for trapping him in the Combi Machine and doesn’t want to see his ugly face on the racetrack.

Charmy Bee

Charmy may be the most annoying member of the Chaotix Detective Agency, which is typical for a six-year-old boy, but his tendency to annoy people may be a great asset to his eldest colleagues, especially Vector.

He can pass by a racer of another team and slow them down by taunting, “You can’t catch me!” as many times as he wants while making funny faces until his teammates pass through.

Just like Cream, he’ll most likely be watching the race from afar in Team Sonic Racing. Or buzz off to do other fun things since he’s too hyper to sit still for long periods of time.

Team Rogue

Given that the keyword of Team Sonic Racing is “team,” it would make sense for Jet the Hawk, Wave the Swallow and Storm the Albatross to trade their hoverboards for equally advanced racecars.

However, they love their Extreme Gear too much because they give them more upward mobility than pimped-out racecars do.

Although Jet loves to race against Sonic every chance he gets, he doesn’t want the Babylon Rogues to be grounded by a car. He would rather steal gems and other precious treasures from every corner of the globe with his crew so he could be richer than Midas — or even Elon Musk.
