Destiny 2’s highly anticipated annual Halloween event, Festival of the Lost, is live now in the game. Similar to its previous iteration, a handful of masks are up for grabs that players can unlock for free after completing certain objectives. So without any further delay, here’s a detailed guide to obtaining all the Masks in Destiny 2: Festival of the Lost 2022 event.

How to Unlock All Destiny 2 Masks During Festival of the Lost 2022 Event

This time around, Bungie has introduced nine new masks in total that players unlock during the Festival of the Lost event. None of the challenges are especially difficult, but you do need to remember to complete them quickly before the event ends. Here’s a list of each one, along with the instructions to unlock them:

  1. Masquerader’s Hood: Speak with Eva in the Tower
  2. Blueberry Mask: Complete the Lost but not Forgotten quest.
  3. Bread Mask: Complete activities in the Haunted Sector playlist.
  4. Telesto Mask: Earn 17,500 Candy from activities.
  5. Caiatl Mask: Defeat combatants with Arc energy.
  6. Riven Mask: Complete ritual activities, including strikes, Crucible matches, and Gambit matches.
  7. Savathun Mask: Complete 35 Haunted Sectors.
  8. Fynch Mask: Buy it from the Eververse Store for 300 Silver during Week 9 or 1200 Bright Dust during Week 11.
  9. Starhorse Mask: Buy it from the Eververse Store for 300 Silver during Week 10 or 1200 Bright Dust during Week 11.

  1. Go to the Inventory section in Destiny 2
  2. Select Modifications
  3. Then, head to the Character tab
  4. Scroll down to find Appearance Customization
  5. Click on the helmet and select the mask you want to equip
