For players looking to build a solid Dutch-league base, completing this and fellow PSV teammate Cody Gakpo’s POTM SBC could go a long way. In either case, players will need to complete only one set of objectives in order to unlock this specialty Moreira card. You can find those below:

FIFA sure loves tossing in the 85+ player rating requirements for these, but a team rating of just 83 is incredibly beneficial to players. Plus, we have a feeling that choosing a GK for the 85-rated portion won’t set us back too much.
Here’s what we’ve got.
Sávio Moreira: ~13,500 – 15,000 Coins
As far as we’re concerned, this is a drop in the bucket for FIFA players—especially when you consider some of our earlier POTM SBCs. And due to the 85-rated player requirement, you’ll be able to sneak a healthy handful of 82-rated players into this build.
As previously thought, the cheapest 85-rated player you can find at the moment is either Sergio Busquets (CDM) or GK Péter Gulácsi—for roughly 7,700 coins or so. You’ll also be able to knock out the Brazilian requirement with relative ease (650-900 coins depending on the overall).
As things stand, only Gulácsi will cost you north of 1,000 coins. After that, the squad gets considerably cheaper, with players being available in the range of 650-900 coins. You still need to hit the 83-overall requirement, so we stuck with 82s and 83s for the remainder of this build.
Of course, you may already have a good amount of 82s and 83s lying around in your club. If that’s the case, and you do not intend to use them for your squad, throw them into this build. On the plus side, positioning won’t matter, as there is no chemistry requirement.
