Season Of Plunder Grandmaster Nightfalls Release Date

For the short and sweet answer, Grandmaster Nightfalls return next week on Tuesday, Oct. 4, at the weekly reset. Completing all six featured GMs this season will unlock the Conqueror title for all to obtain. Although, you’ll have to wait six weeks in total as only one is featured per week.

However, for players who have achieved this feat before, you will have the option to take on all six GMs at once. On Tuesday, Oct. 4, previous Conquerors will have a node available to them. This node will contain the new list of featured GMs this season. Besting all six of them will then gild your Conqueror title.

Destiny 2 Season 18 Grandmaster Nightfall GMs

In Season 18, otherwise known as Season of Plunder, we have a pretty harsh lineup of GMs this time around. The six featured GMs for Season 18 are:

  • Glassway
  • The Lightblade
  • Fallen Saber
  • The Disgraced
  • Exodus Crash
  • The Devil’s Lair

GMs that players should be cautious of this season are Glassway, The Lightblade, and Exodus Crash. This is also the rotation of what each Nightfall will be each week. As mentioned before, you’ll have to beat each one weekly to obtain the title for those who haven’t been a Conqueror yet. After acquiring the title, players can continue to play the activity to earn exclusive GM rewards, such as Adept weapons, Mementos, and more.

As per tradition with the return of GMs, come the exclusive Adept versions of the current Nightfall weapons. This season, we have four returning Adept weapons and two brand new ones. The Nightfall weapon list for Season 18 is:

  • Duty Bound
  • Silicon Neuroma
  • Militia’s Birthright
  • D.F.A.
  • Horror’s Least
  • Mindbender’s Ambition

Mindbender’s Ambition and Militia’s Birthright are the newest Nightfall weapons to receive an Adept version. However, only one weapon is featured per week. If you’re looking for one specifically, you’ll have to wait until it rolls around in a given week. If you’re trying to get your hands on an exclusive Nightfall Memento, you have a slight chance of obtaining one upon completing a GM. You also have increased chances of acquiring Exotic armor and Ascendant Shards.
