Square Enix recently released Final Fantasy XIV’s new expansion Endwalker and we can celebrate it together with a brand new giveaway.

With this giveaway, you can win one North American code for the Endwalker expansion for PC, PS4, or PS5, kindly offered by Square Enix.

IMPORTANT: Due to the nature of Final Fantasy XIV accounts, you’ll be able to use the prize only on a North American one. If you have a European or Japanese account (or any other region outside of North America), unfortunately, the prize will be unusable. It’s also worth mentioning that the prize includes only the expansion. You will need either an existing active Final Fantasy XIV account or to purchase the Final Fantasy XIV Starter Edition (for your platform of choice) separately. A free trial account is not enough.

The way to get involved is really, really easy.

All you have to do is comment on our articles, everywhere on the site adding the “FFXIV” mention at the end of each comment (to show us that you have a North American account and you want your comment to be counted for the giveaway). The more you comment, the better your chances. We want to hear your opinions and insight, and there is no better way for that to happen than by sharing your comments with us.

An important caveat is that comments on this post are not eligible for the giveaway. Of course, you’re welcome to comment here, but in order to participate, you need to comment at least on one other article.

On January 31 at 11:59 pm EST we’ll randomly select one comment made after this post has been published, and the author of that comment will win a digital download code for Final Fantasy XIV Endwalker.

Of course, spam comments and throwaway one-liners will be disqualified, as we’d like to promote interesting commentary and conversations among our readers.

The winner will be able to select their platform PS4, PS5, and PC (Steam or Windows).

Once the winner has been drawn, I will respond to the winning comment, and we’ll also publish link to it in an update to this post. At that point, you should respond to my comment, and at the same time, send me a mail at [email protected] indicating your Disqus nickname and your platform of choice. The timing is important, as it’ll prove that you are indeed the winner.

If the prize isn’t claimed within three days of the announcement, we will proceed to draw another winner.

Once more, do keep in mind that comments on all articles on Twinfinite (excluding this one) are valid to enter this giveaway. The more you comment, the more chances you have to win.

Update: the giveaway is now closed and the winner has been decided! Find the winning comment below. Congratulations! If you’re listed, please follow the bolded instructions above to claim your prize. Do keep in mind that if the prize isn’t claimed by February 10, that entry will be disqualified and we’ll proceed to draw another winner.

Update 2: due to the lack of response from the first winner by the deadline, a new one has been selected.

Dale Simmons: I look forward to this game mostly because I love my Final Fantasy’s but I am concerned with Team Ninja being behind it. I hope it’s done well and Team Ninja didn’t go overboard with the over exaggerated camera motion and action.
