The Mexico map of Forza Horizon 5 has many twists and turns for you to drift around, events to complete, and a Hall of Fame to break into. All of this means you’re going to be setting countless locations on your GPS to provide a handy waypoint for you to follow, or heading into buildings where the GPS voice again will haunt you. If you’re getting tired of listening to the robotic voice in your ear, here’s what you need to know on turning off the narrator voice in Forza Horizon 5.
Turning Off Narrator/ GPS Voice in Forza Horizon 5
To turn this voice off, open the menu at any time and select ‘Settings’ from the ‘Campaign’ screen.
From here, go into the ‘Audio’ options and then scroll all the way down to ‘GPS Voice’ and change it to ‘Off.’
By doing this, you’ll no longer here the voice tell you when to make a certain turn, or get the ‘Welcome back’ messages whenever you load up the game.
If you want no real talking at all in the game, then you can take it one step further by also disabling the Radio DJ dialog from the same menu (it’s the option beneath GPS Voice).
When you’re done changing the settings, press the Menu button on your Xbox controller to save the settings and return to the high-octane action.
If you ever want to turn the GPS voice back on, you can do so at any time by heading back into the Settings menu and turning it back on.
