How to Play Forza Horizon 5 Early on Xbox & PC

Forza Horizon 5 has arrived, bringing the biggest and best Horizon festival map to our screens in stunning 4K, HDR visuals. With an insane amount of content to play through, Forza Horizon 5 is likely to be running on your console for quite some time, but what if you simply can’t wait any longer. How do you get Forza Horizon 5 early access? In this guide, we’ll explain everything you need to know so you can start your engines right now.

Playing Forza Horizon 5 Early

To get early access to this latest Horizon festival, you’ll need to either purchase the Premium Edition of the game. or by purchasing the Premium Add-Ons DLC. Each of these includes four days early access. However, as the game’s standard edition officially releases tomorrow, Nov. 9, you’ll only get a slight head-start if you were to pick it up today.

Alongside the early access, both the Premium Edition and the Add-On DLC do offer some other in-game items and content to keep you playing for longer. We’ve included what you’ll get in each below:

The Premium Add-ons Bundle gets you the very same content, but allows those who have a Game Pass subscription to just purchase it separately for half the price of the Premium Edition. This way, you can download the game through Xbox Game Pass, purchase the Premium Add-Ons Bundle and still get a head start without having to drop $99.99 on it.

The same applies for those playing on PC. If you’ve got a Game Pass for PC subscription, simply download the game this way and then purchase the Premium Add-Ons bundle through the Microsoft Store to get early access.
