Diablo 2: Resurrected is an incredibly faithful port of the original classic action RPG to modern consoles with a fresh coat of paint. From a story and gameplay perspective, the game is pretty much exactly how you remember it. That said, if you’re here, you’ve probably forgotten at least a few details about the story, specifically, how to get to Act 4. Unlike other acts, it’s not instantly obvious, so here’s what you need to do to advance the game and get to Act 4 in Diablo 2: Resurrected.
How to Get to Act 4 in Diablo 2: Resurrected
Fortunately for you, dear reader, getting to Act 4 isn’t very difficult you just need to be aware of what’s going on. What you need to do first is kill Mephisto at the end of Act 3. He is the final boss of this act so it shouldn’t come as a surprise that yes, like every other Act in the game you need to, you know, finish it.
After you kill Mephisto you actually don’t want to return to town like you normally would. Instead, take note of the bridge and portal that has appeared in the center of the room that runs over the river of blood. Lovely yes I know.
It’s red and very hard to miss and by hopping through it you’ll be well on your way to Act 4 to begin your march through hell to take on the Lord of Terror himself, Diablo.
That’s all there is to it. Like we said it’s not hard at all it’s just a little bit different is all. Keep in mind, though, if you leave the game without saving and the Mephisto clear didn’t register, you may need to kill him again to open up the portal, so just be careful and make sure to head on through and start Act 4 of Diablo 2.
