Watch Dogs Legion: How to Redeem Preorder DLC (Golden King Pack)

This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information

Almost every AAA title nowadays has some sort of bonus DLC that you get for preordering the game. Watch Dogs Legion is no different, with both preorder DLC in the Golden King Pack, and some additional bonus DLC for those who purchase the Gold, Ultimate, and Collector’s Editions of the game. In this guide, we’ll talk you through how to redeem bonus DLC for Watch Dogs Legion.

Redeeming Watch Dogs Legion’s Golden King Preorder Bonus DLC

The first thing you’ll need to do is redeem the Golden King DLC code. The Golden King preorder pack entitles you to the following items:

  • Uneasy Lies Mask Skin
  • Lux Car Skin
  • Serpent Sisters Gun Skin

If you preordered a digital version of the game, you won’t have to do anything. Any bonus DLC will automatically download alongside the full version of the game.

Physical copies of the game should come with a code printed on a slip. If you purchased it from an online retailer, they may email you the slip separately, or add it to your account on their website.

Instead of redeeming this code on the PlayStation or Xbox Storefronts, though, you want to head to this Watch Dogs Legion redeem website.

Enter your code and then login to your Ubisoft account. You can login to this via your Xbox Live or PSN account should you prefer here, too.

As long as you’ve entered the code correctly, you should then be asked to confirm that the platform and username displayed is correct for the account you’ll play the game on.

Your code will then be validated and another email will be sent to your account’s email address with the code for your Golden King preorder DLC.

Enter this on the Xbox or PSN Storefront to redeem your DLC.

Redeeming Watch Dogs Legion ‘Ultimate Pack’ Special Edition DLC

If you’re instead downloading some bonus DLC that came in your Watch Dogs Legion special edition, you’ll instead need to redeem the code via the ‘Use Code/ Redeem Code’ option on the Microsoft and PlayStation digital storefronts respectively.

This code should be found inside the box alongside your copy of the game. If you purchased Watch Dogs Legion digitally, the content will automatically download alongside the full game.

Where to Find All Bonus DLC Items In-Game?

To get your ‘Ultimate Pack’ content, you’ll first need to complete the tutorial where you activate the DedSec safehouse. After this point, you can select your extra characters from the Ultimate Pack from the ‘Team’ tab in the menu.

Your Golden King preorder DLC items will be automatically made available in their respective customization menus.
