Call of Duty Modern Warfare’s Warzone battle royale mode is staying very popular and the meta has quickly become clear. So that you can stay safe while you secure a building, here’s everything you need to know about what the Trophy System does in Call of Duty Warzone and how you use it.
As you’ll probably know by now, explosives are very, very useful in Warzone, whether that is Rocket Launchers, Grenades, or C4. They can clear out rooms and destroy vehicles in an instant.
What Trophy System Does in Call of Duty Warzone
You’ll find them in crates throughout Verdansk. They’re not rare at all and they take up your Field Upgrade slot, where you might also have Stopping Power Rounds or a Munitions Box.
What they do is destroy enemy explosives before they have the chance to cause damage if they’re thrown nearby. If you’re somewhere safe and enclosed, say in the top floor of a building, placing a Trophy System will keep you safe from C4, Flashbangs, and other explosives.
The Trophy System can disable up to three enemy throwables and it will break after a couple of minutes, whether it has been used to destroy explosives or not.
How to Use It
Once you’ve found the Trophy System in Warzone and picked it up, you’ll see the icon for it on the right side of the screen. To then use it, press R1 and L1 at the same time if you’re playing on PS4 (X on PC and RB + LB on Xbox One) and then press the shoot button to place it on the ground.
Warzone Platform | Trophy System Input |
PS4 | R1 and L1 |
Xbox One | RB and LB |
PC | X |
