Pokemon Masters: All Pokemon That Can Evolve

This article is over 5 years old and may contain outdated information

Pokemon Masters, the new battling focused mobile game in the Pokemon series, is out now. While Sync Pairs are the focus, which sees one trainer matched with one Pokemon, you are still able to evolve some of them. So that you know which Sync Pairs to level up, here’s everything you need to know about all Pokemon that can evolve in Pokemon Masters.

Since you’re not catching Pokemon in Masters, evolving is not as straight forward as getting the Pokemon and waiting.

Instead, you need to get the Sync Pair that the Pokemon is a part of, level them up in the main story battles, and follow the process to evolve them from there.

You also can’t evolve certain Pokemon in the game. For example, Pikachu, which is your own character’s partner Pokemon, cannot be evolved at any point, just as is the case with Ash’s in the anime and Pokemon Yellow.

All Pokemon That Can Evolve in Pokemon Masters

However, there is a short list of Pokemon that you can evolve once you hit the required level.

They are:

  1. Seel to Dewgong – Pryce’s Sync Pair

  2. Piplup to Prinplup to Empoleon – Barry’s Sync Pair

  3. Totodile to Croconaw to Feraligatr – Kris’ Sync Pair

  4. Surskit to Masquerain – Viola’s Sync Pair

  5. Chikorita to Bayleef to Meganium – Lyra’s Sync Pair

  6. Snivy to Servine to Serperior – Rosa’s Sync Pair

There may be more Pokemon added to the game at a later date that can be evolved, but that’ll come alongside the addition of new Sync Pairs. We’ll be sure to update the above list if and when that is the case.
