It’s a phenomenal card, so it is understandably expensive. Coming in at 650k coins or so, it’s decent value for the card though. The best thing to do, though, would be to wait until TOTS has started, when high rated cards will drop in price dramatically. Here are the requirements.

I would recommend avoiding the Bundesliga or Ligue 1 for these Ribery SBC squads, instead sticking to the La Liga, because that league has a lot of high rated players that aren’t too expensive in FIFA 19.

Also, since the chemistry requirement is low in most of the squads, you can get away with slipping in the required player(s) and TOTWs in wherever you want.

The France squad might be a little tougher, since you need 80 chemistry, but there are plenty of French players from other league that you’ll be able to use to link.

For the Marseille player you need in the Ribery SBC, Strootman, Payet, or Balotelli would be good options. For the Bayern player, Muller, Hummels, or Thiago would work well, and there are loads or options for the Bundesliga players.

As for the TOTWs you need, be sure to pick players from the current active FIFA 19 TOTW as they’ll stay cheaper by being actively packed.
