Epic Games, E3

Last year, Epic Games took over a huge part of E3 with the first ever Fortnite Pro-Am. The event broke viewing records, as it was estimated to have gotten over 1.3 million views across multiple streaming platforms.

This accomplishment in and of itself is a noteworthy one especially when coupled with the success and mainstream publicity Fortnite Battle Royale has garnered over the last two years. What makes the publisher a tantalizing possibility to fill the void of Sony’s absence this year though is the potential announcements Epic Games could have up there sleeves.

Whether it is more Fortnite Battle Royale updates, new information on the Epic Games Store, or even trailers for games currently in development (Like Spyjinx), there are few companies that have as much potential to reveal information that is of note to as high a quantity of people at E3 2019.

Love or hate them, there is no denying that Epic Games is deserving of its own spot at E3.
