What’s in the CoD Black Ops 4 Mystery Box Edition

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is the latest entry in the iconic Activision series. This time around, it’s Treyarch who are bringing the title to our Xbox One’s, PS4’s and PC’s, and it changes things up a bit from previous games in the series, too. Black Ops 4 is a three-pillared multiplayer-only title. It has a Zombies mode which will see players fighting off zombies as they travel through time, a Battle Royale mode called Blackout, and the classic multiplayer action fans know and love. To celebrate the game’s release and give fans a chance to get their hands on some sweet Black Ops 4 collectibles, Activision has announced the Mystery Box Edition. So here’s what you need to know about what you’re going to get inside.

As you may have guessed from the name of this edition, the big selling point is the large Mystery Box taken right out of the Zombies game mode. It’s packed with lights and sounds to give off the appropriate eerie effect.

Packed inside the Black Ops 4 Mystery Box edition, players will also get the following items:

• Zombies Heroes FiGPiNs featuring Scarlett Rhodes, Bruno Delacroix, Diego Necalli, and Stanton Shaw from the game
• 10th-anniversary 1,000 piece zombies puzzle
• An exclusive cover for Dark Horse Zombies Comic issue #1
• Three collectible zombies lithographs
• Skull-logo Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 PopSocket
• Collectible steelbook of the game case featuring unique art
• Limited edition specialist icon patches
• Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 game pass along with additional bonus content.

The Mystery Box Edition will set players back $199 (plus tax). We’ve yet to see the edition go live for pre-orders anywhere just yet, but you can expect the likes of GameStop and Amazon to be your best bets.
