Recommended Videos

Most of the Pokemon from the Hoenn region are now able to be captured in Pokemon GO; thanks to waves of updates in the past few months, Pokemon like Rayquaza, Beldum, and even Bagon are now able to be captured. Some of these Pokemon can be extremely hard to find and capture, but we have some tips that might make things a little bit easier for you.

Bagon is a dragon-type Pokemon that eventually evolves into the uber-powerful Pokemon, Salamence. If you want the upper hand in battle, obtaining this Pokemon is key. We couldn’t find any specific places that this particular Pokemon can always be found in Pokemon GO – it seems to be available worldwide – but we can tell you that finding a Bagon in the wild is pretty rare. One trainer on Reddit commented that while searching for a Bagon, he managed to catch twenty Beldum while only catching two Bagon. Another way to obtain a one in Pokemon GO is to try hatching it from an egg, which might be a little easier if you have the right one – trainers are saying that it hatches from 10k eggs.

Whether you’re trying to hatch it from an egg or finding it in the wild, we wish you the best of luck in your search in Pokemon GO. For more tips and tricks on everything Pokemon GO, make sure to check out our ever-expanding wiki guide.
