Dragon Ball FighterZ: How to Get Gohan’s Full Potential (Potential Unleashed)

HOW TO GET GOHAN’S FULL POTENTIAL (POTENTIAL UNLEASHED) IN DRAGON BALL FIGHTERZ

Recommended Videos

While each character in Dragon Ball FighterZ has their own set of combos, special attacks, and supers, only one has the ability change to full potential mid-battle. Adult Gohan can access his full potential, called Potential Unleashed. By charging himself to this powered-up state mid-battle, Adult Gohan inflicts a small amount of splash damage to enemies, but importantly, is able to hit harder, has access to modifiers to his standard moves, and can chain combos that wouldn’t normally string together (normal rules don’t apply to him in this state). The latter ability is only available by charging through all seven bars of his potential.

To activate Gohan’s full potential in Dragon Ball FighterZ, you’ll first need to have at least one bar available. Once you have that, roll the stick a quarter turn forward and press R2 (PS4), or RT (Xbox One). If you want to charge multiple bars, hold the button down until it has charged to your preferred amount.

That’s everything you’ll need to know about how to get Gohan’s full potential in Dragon Ball FighterZ. For more useful information, tips, and guides on the game, be sure to check out our wiki.
