How to Get More Reapers, Skirmishers, and Templars in XCOM 2: War of the Chosen

Recommended Videos

After you start off with each of the XCOM 2: War of the Chosen factions, you might just fall in love with the Reapers, Skirmishers, and Templars that can be added to your team. Lucky for all of us, it doesn’t just end at one. You can get more of them to join your squads!

To get more of the new, special units that were added just for this expansion pack, you need to increase your influence with whatever faction you’d like a unit from. Once you get them to High influence, you’ll start getting the option to do a Covert Action that will have you bringing back a Reaper, Skirmisher, or Templar. They can be customized in any way you like and will come with Ability Points so that they’re not lagging behind your squads.

It’s really as simple as that! Increase influence with each of the factions by helping them out whenever they request you for a mission, doing Covert Actions for them, and making sure the pesky Chosen assigned to them is hatin’ their life.

XCOM 2: War of the Chosen is a really robust expansion, so naturally there will be a ton of more content for you to explore.
