Monocoins – Danganronpa 1.2 Reload

Recommended Videos

Monocoins are basically the currency that you’ll be using in Danganronpa 1.2 Reload. While you won’t be able to buy yourself any weapons or outfits with them, they do allow you to purchase presents. Of course, Monocoins aren’t something you’re just given, you have to earn them.

Saying that, Monocoins aren’t exactly difficult to get in either Trigger Happy Havoc or Goodbye Despair. In both games, Monocoins are easily found by simply examining everything you see as you go about solving the cases in each game. Simply press Triangle when you’re in a room and Danganronpa 1.2 Reload will highlight everything that you can examine. Now, simply move your cursor over these areas of the screen and press X. While not everything you can examine is important to a case, your character will often comment on it, and you’ll sometimes find a Monocoin tucked away.

The faster way to get these coins is to ace the class trials in each game. The higher you rank and the more points you score in a class trial, the more coins that Monokuma will reward you with. See, he’s not completely evil.

Now that you’ve got Monocoins, don’t forget to go and spend them to get presents. These can then be gifted to the other students in order to get yourself some pretty helpful rewards.

That’s all there is you need to know about getting coins in Danganronpa 1.2 Reload. For more tips, tricks, and information, be sure to check back with Twinfinite.
