Ultimate Dragon Raja: ReRise Allies Tier List (Global Release)

With the global release of Dragon Raja: Rerise, a whole new wave of players is diving into its stunning world. And like most gacha games, having a good team heavily depends on what units you use, whether it’s for story progression or arena PvP, bringing the right allies can make all the difference. So, to help you out, we prepared this Ultimate Dragon Raja: ReRise Allies Tier List.

Dragon Raja: ReRise Allies Tier List

The above Dragon Raja: ReRise allies tier list ranks all characters from the global release, based on how effective and good they are in the game’s PvE and PvP content. The characters are ranked primarily by their skills and overall stats while taking into consideration certain ally synergies.

S Tier Allies

There aren’t many S Tier allies on the tier list, but that’s for a reason. S Tier is reserved for allies that clearly outperform others in multiple ways, without relying on other allies to perform well.

Allies	Class	Overview
Erii	Attacker	• Final Judgment EX has high AoE damage that hits all enemies, and it can apply [Heal Block] and [Final Judgment] stacks that allow her to deal insane damage. • 5 Star talent allows Final Judgment to ignore Shields, DMG reduction, and DMG distribution. • Currently, the best DPS character that stands at the top of our Dragon Raja: ReRise Allies Tier List. • Can be obtained from the event. • Great for PvE and PvP.
Enxi	Supporter	• Her Evolve EX heals all of your allies and dispels 1 debuff and also restores SP. • 3 Star talent gives her 2 EX points at the start, while 5 Star talent allows her to recover 2 EX points after a basic attack, but with a low chance. • Overall, provides the best healing in the game and slight DMG reduction with her 2 Star talent. • Currently, the best support ally you can have. • Excellent for PvE and PvP.

A Tier Allies

A Tier allies aren’t too far behind when compared to S Tier, they are still extremely good allies to have, but they can perform best when paired up with certain allies. Regardless, you won’t be making a mistake by using one of these in your team.

Ally	Class	Overview
Johann Chu	Attacker	• Basic attacks can apply [Burning], which deals DoT (Damage over time) true damage. • His Royal Flame EX hits all enemies, having a chance to apply multiple [Burning] effects randomly (has a higher chance to apply again on an enemy that is already burning). • When Stared Up fully, his Royal Flame EX has stronger [Burning] effects once enough stacks are applied, like [True Flame] [Fire Blood Burst] and [Hell Fire] • One of the best DPS in the game, when you get the stacks, which is easier with certain Support like Shavee.
Caesar	Attacker	• Caesar can dish out high single-target damage due to his ability to attack multiple times whenever he doesn’t kill an enemy, which does cost him HP whenever it happens. • His Devil Wind EX deals a lot of single-target damage and also applies [Devil Wind], which is a self-buff that increases his Damage and DMG reduction. • When Starred Up, he can get the [Blood Blood Burst] which increases his DMG when he is low on HP and he can also apply [Bleeding]. • He is a pretty good DPS, but the difference in his output is insane if it’s paired with NoNo, but you’ll also need Enxi or Norma, who can heal him since he loses a lot of HP. • Good for PvE and PvP.
Main (Protector)	Defender	• The main character is one of the best Defenders, you just have to swap class after completing a certain part of the story. • His Protector EX deals damage to all enemies and applies [Self Block] buff to them, which increases Block Rate and also blocks 1 EX attack. • It has a lot of buffs when his bloodline is fully leveled, DMG resistance, Block, Self Heal, DEF&ATK, Ally DMG resistance, and Status Resistance, he does it all. • Great for PvE but also for PvP due to his PvP buffs. • One of the best Defenders you can use.
Koshi Uesugi	Defender	• His Black Sun EX damages all enemies and provides great DMG absorption for his team with the [Black Sun] buff. • When Starred Up fully, [Black Sun] can apply [Burning], which can reduce DMG from enemies affected by it, and he can restore a portion of HP to all allies when [Black Sun] is broken. • Good for PvE and PvP. • Slightly worse than the Main (Defender) but still extremely good.
Parsi	Defender	• His Dust Buster EX is single target DMG that applies Dodge Rate and Purity, which gives him a shield, and he also dodges the first incoming EX attack. • When Starred Up fully, he gains 1 Death Immunity and gains additional Dodge Rate. • Although he is not oriented around defending the team, Parsi still can absorb a lot of dmg and is pretty self-sufficient, but when compared to Koshi and Main (Defender) he is slightly inferior. • Good for PvP and PvE.
NoNo	Supporter	• NoNo doesn’t have an EX skill, but instead she has a Profile, allowing her and her allies to follow up with normal attacks. • Her normal attacks reduce the enemy’s DEF up to 50%. • She pairs well with Caesar and Main (Raider) due to their multi-attack possibilities, allowing for Rally and Invite to proc more often. • Other than providing more overall DMG, she doesn’t do much else, she will be your 3rd support in most cases. • Good at PvE and PvP.
Ming Z Lu	Supporter	• His New Testament EX attacks the row with most enemies, gives [Contract] and [Authority] to a random ally, which gives them [Undying], and bonus ATK/DEF Up. • When Starred Up fully, his EX gives additional DMG UP and DMG reduction and can increase the DMG for EX who is affected by [Contract]. • Good at PvE and PvP.

B Tier Allies

B Tier characters on our Dragon Raja: ReRise tier list are a bit worse than A Tier characters, they have a lower DMG output when compared to some of the allies from A tier, or they might provide a bit less to the team or in some cases they do not have clear synergies with other allies but, they are still viable and some can still contest with some of the A Tier allies when built around properly.

Ally	Class	Overview
Luminous	Attacker	• His Something For Nothing EX allows him to attack the row with the most enemies, which is pretty good, but in some cases might not be ideal. • Starring him up will just increase his Crit DMG and Crit Rate further. • Scales fully on Crit Rate and Crit DMG, so it’s best to pair him with support like Ming Z Lu, who can give him additional Crit Rate, and it also allows him to ignore a portion of target’s DEF. • Pretty simple ally to use, no special gimmicks, just raw DMG. • Good for PvE and PvP.
Main (Raider)	Attacker	• The EX Skill is great at finishing enemies due to its focusing low HP targets, and it can also follow up with [Chains Assault]. • When bloodline is fully leveled, he gains a lot of DMG Bonus, Crit Rate, the [Chains Assault] can trigger multiple times, and it will also prioritize low HP targets. It can also buff allies’ ATK and it also has a bunch of PvP buffs. • Good at PvP and PvE. • Free, you are him.
Zero	Attacker	• Zero is a great secondary DPS, her Mirror Eyes EX attacks the row with the most enemies and grants an ally with the highest ATK a stack of [Mirror Eyes], which allows the marked ally to replicate their EX attack. • Can apply [Ocular Mark] to ally, which deals additional true damage when they attack. (Best for single target, since it is halved if it’s an AoE). • Good at PvE, decent at PvP.
Norma	Supporter	• Pivot Light EX heals an ally with the lowest HP, granting them [Life Radiance], which can heal 2 allies with lowest HP and it gives [DMG Up] to all allies. • When Starred Up fully she gains additional healing with [Mark] stacks, and when an ally with [Life Radiance] receives fatal damage, it gains death immunity and increases their Hit Rate Up. • Good at PvE and PvP. • Not as good as Enxi ,who can allow the team to spam EX skills more, but still pretty useful when it comes to healing and making your allies survive.
Finger	Defender	• His Bronze Throne EX attacks all enemies, restoring his HP and giving him DMG Reflection Rate. • When Starred Up fully, he has a low chance of applying Taunt after his EX skill, which will force enemies to attack him and use Normal Attack. • He is great, but when compared to Defenders mentioned above, he is a bit lacking. If his Taunt was guaranteed, it might have changed things. • Decent in PvE and PvP.
Chime Gen	Support	• Her Reaper EX deals damage to enemies in the back row, with a 50% chance to apply [Nightmare], which “paralyzes” affected enemies and reduces their Crit Resistance, and it also [DEF Down], which drastically reduces their DEF. • When Starred Up fully, it increases the chances to apply [Nightmare] and reduces the enemy’s EX points if they are awakened beforehand. It also applies Hit Rate Down and Status Hit Down when it expires. • Not the best when compared to above-mentioned Supporters, but she can still provide clutch moments when paralyzing enemies with Nightmare, especially in cases when they wake up and lose EX points. • Decent at PvE, good at PvP.
Shavee	Support	• Her Tyrant’s Eye EX deals damage to all enemies, with a chance to dispel 1 buff and inflicts Tyrant’s Sigil stack, which can allow spreading of burning–type effects. • When Starred Up fully, it can increase the duration of burning-type effects. • Shavee is clearly not as good as some of the previously mentioned supporters, but if you have Johann Chu, she is a must-have supporter. • Good at PvE and PvE when paired with Johann Chu.
Chisei Gen	Attacker	• His Sovereignty EX deals damage to the row with most enemies, applying ATK Down and Def Down. • When Starred Up fully, has great potential to boost allies EX DMG when they crit with it. • Chisei Gen is great secondary DPS since he increases team DMG and reduces enemies’ defenses. • When compared to other attackers, he isn’t really capable of outshining them, he is basically a support attacker. • Decent at PvP and PvE.
Anjou	Attacker	• His Time Zero EX deals damage to all enemies, with a chance of inflicting [Poison] to the enemies hit and applying [True Damage Vulnerability]. • When Starred Up fully, he can apply [Speed Up], which allows him to steal ATK from enemies that are slower than him and to apply additional [Poison] stacks. • Anjou is very niche when compared to above-mentioned Attackers and he doesn’t really have any good synergies with other characters. • Decent at PvE and PvE.
