Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 has now launched alongside the first season of Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer, and that means there is a new crop of Operators to play as. That has included Paris Saint-Germain Football Club Forward Lionel Andrés Messi Cuccittini, who will become playable in the game. Here is how to get the Leo Messi Operator in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0.
The international soccer star will surprisingly make an appearance in the first-person shooter franchise for the first time, and will be an actual playable character to use in both Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0.
How to Unlock Leo Messi Operator in MW2 & Warzone 2
Leo Messi can be unlocked by purchasing the Tracer Pack: Messi Operator Bundle from the Modern Warfare 2 or Warzone 2.0 store when it is available starting later this month on Nov. 29. The collaboration is not exactly random either, considering the World Cup 2022 starts on Nov. 20.
The Tracer Pack: Messi Operator Bundle contains Leo Messi as a playable Operator, the “Series A” Weapon Blueprint, the “Counter Attack” Weapon Blueprint, a Charm, Emblem, Finishing Move, Sticker, and a Vehicle Skin.
It is not known how long the bundle will be available for once it is in the shop, but it is probably best to grab it as soon as possible. The price for the bundle has also not been announced, though it is perhaps safe to say it will cost a premium in the $20 to $30 range (2,000 to 3,000 COD Points) with the star power.
That is how to get the Leo Messi Operator in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0. Messi will join other F.C. players Neymar Jr. and Paul Pogba, both who have also received their own MW2 bundles, that can be unlocked during this Modern Warfare 2 F.C. event.
