Whenever you find dead soldiers in Xenoblade Chronicles 3 with a red aura that is emanating from their bodies, these are the soldier husks that can be sent off. To do so, get closer to the bodies and press A to interact with them. This will send the husks off, and help raise the affinity between you and the colony they come from.
