Why Haven’t I Received My FIFA 22 Next Generation Player?

Update 12/16/21: EA Sports has resolved the issue and all players should now receive their Next Generation Player Item Pack when they next log in to Ultimate Team.

Original: Unfortunately, not long after the promotion went live yesterday, EA Sports had to pull the Next Generation Player packs after discovering an error with Kylian Mbappé’s card. This was announced via the FIFA Direct Communication Twitter account.

At the time of writing, EA Sports still hasn’t re-enabled the distribution of the Next Generation Player Item Pack in FIFA 22.

However, it has been noted that any player that has already opened their pack and received the incorrect Kylian Mbappé card will receive the correct version once you have been identified by EA as an impacted player.

As soon as EA Sports has resolved the issue and re-enabled the FIFA 22 Next Generation Player Item pack, you should be able to just log in and claim it. For now, just sit tight and check out our wiki for more tips and tricks.
