Where to Find Burmy in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl
Burmy can be found in plenty of locations all across Sinnoh, but it’s not the easiest to catch if you don’t know what to do. To catch one, you need to walk up to a tree with golden/yellow leaves and press A. The game will ask if you want to slather the bark with Honey. Accept, then wait one full in-game day.
Return to the tree and a Pokemon will be waiting for you because it was attracted to the Honey. With luck, the Pokemon will be Burmy and you’ll be able to catch it.
The Pokemon can be found no matter what time of day it is, so that makes it just a bit easier to catch. Here are the locations to visit when looking for Burmy, highlighted in blue:
How to Get Honey
If you don’t have any Honey, the first step to catching Burmy is to get some. Travel to the Floaroma Meadow, which can be reached from the northwest exit in Floaroma Town.
Speak to the man standing there once you’ve finished dealing with the Team Galactic Grunts at the Valley Windworks on the east side of town. The man will sell Honey for 100 credits per jar, which is relatively cheap.
