How to Use Nagi’s Dive Psych in NEO: The World Ends With You
Nagi’s Dive psych allows your team to physically enter the minds of the people you encounter as you explore the Shibuya Underground in the Reapers’ Game. The Dive psych can only be used on specific people, and your party members will prompt you to use the ability when necessary.
Press R1 on PlayStation or R on Switch to scan near someone with a troubled mind. They’ll be surrounded by a red aura when you scan, and you’ll be able to enter their mind to rid them of the Noise possession that troubles them by interacting with the person and starting a battle.
Before you initiate a Dive, the game will tell you the recommended level for the chain of fights that you’re about to take on. The Noise enemies inside peoples’ minds come with modifiers and special abilities like growing in size, stealing your health, and more.
You’ll get rewards for these battles as long as you’re on Normal difficulty or higher, and you’ll be graded on your performance slightly differently than in regular battles, as there’s a timer that urges you to win as quickly as possible.
