Great Ace Attorney Chronicles: How to Move to Different Areas

Developed and published by Capcom, The Great Ace Attorney is finally getting localized for English-speaking territories, and on the Switch no less. Just like in the main series, you’ll be tasked with conducting various investigations and collecting evidence before you head to court to defend your client in a trial. To do this, you’ll of course need to learn how to move to different areas in Great Ace Attorney Chronicles.

While the bulk of the story and gameplay revolves around exciting court trials where you have to engage in a battle of wits against the prosecutor, the prep work before that is just as, if not more important. Ryunosuke and Susato will have to travel to various different locations to speak with witnesses and gather clues and potential evidence.

While the story is fairly linear, and the game always tries to signpost where to go next, you’ll eventually get to a point where there can be a few different locations to choose from.

Moving to Different Areas in Great Ace Attorney Chronicles

To move to different areas in Great Ace Attorney Chronicles, simply select the Move option while you’re roaming about the area. This will bring up a list of all available locations, and you can pick one and press the A button to confirm your selection.

Unlike past games in the series, all locations will be available to you no matter where you are, removing the need to go to the entrance of a location just to access wholly different areas. In addition to that, the locations list also provides a brief description for each area, and Susato will even give hints as to where to go next or if you still have things left to do in a particular area.

Make sure to read Susato’s hints if you ever find yourself at an impasse, as that will clue you in to what to do next.

That’s all you need to know about how to move to different areas in Great Ace Attorney Chronicles. Be sure to search for Twinfinite for more tips and information on the game.
