Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart How to Melee

Regardless of whether you’re controlling Ratchet or Rivet, melee will always work the same way. All you have to do to swing your wrench while playing Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart is press the Square Button. This usually does some pretty good damage, especially against lower-grade enemies.

On top of just being able to swing the wrench normally, you can also throw it to deal damage from distance. To do this, hold down the L2 button. This will trigger an aiming reticle you can line up with nearby enemies. Once this has been triggered, press the Square button to lob your wrench toward enemies, dealing the same damage as an up-close wrench strike.

Lastly, there is also a ground pound attack that can be executed. Just jump with X and press Square to slam the wrench down on your enemies’ head.

That’ll just about do it for everything you need to know about how to melee in Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart. For more useful tips and tricks for the game, be sure to check out Twinfinite’s guide wiki. Otherwise, you should see some related content below that may prove helpful.
